HELENE FISCHER 360° STADIUM TOUR

Concerts & Touring

WICreations

A spectacular in-the-round production built around a massive LED cube integrating a series of highly dynamic scenic elements. The set up for 15 colossal shows that turned into 15 colossal successes. A German tour with a single stop in Arnhem, The Netherlands.

For WICREATIONS, the challenge went far beyond supplying stage equipment. We delivered the complete mainstage and catwalk system using our WISTAGE platform, while integrating 6 custom lifts and 4 large scale motioned boom arms that became an essential part of the show's scenic language.

STAGE

The complete mainstage and catwalks were delivered using the WISTAGE system including 2 automated pantograph staircases for performers and technicians to get access. The mainstage was installed on a HighRise subdeck, while the catwalks were positioned directly on the stadium floor creating the characteristic 360° performance environment.

ELEVATORS

WICreations

6 lifts were integrated into the setup each serving a very specific function.

  • 2 × PC03 elevators with round platforms at the end of the catwalk turning elevation into a dynamic stage  moment.
  • 2 × TP03 + TP11 combinations creating seamless transitions between different performance levels including access from underground to main stage and catwalk for artists and props.
  • 1 x SP12 aka THE BEAST positioned at the heart of the set up to connect the main stage with the mezzanine inside the monumental LED cube. Used to move props and dancers while also creating direct access to the boom arms when they open out.
  • 1x a WI service lift aka THE WORK HORSE suspended from hoists and capable of transporting tons of equipment from subdeck to mezzanine via a 25m vertical route all the way to the top of the cube. It also doubles as an access lift for Hélène Fischer herself, allowing her to travel up into the penthouse level of the cube.

6 WI Lifts. Multiple Worlds. 1 Motion Control System.

BOOM ARMS

At each corner of the stage an enormous boom arm is installed, every arm being steered by two 2-ton TP45 chain hoists. Designed, engineered & fabricated in our warehouses in Heist-Op–Den-Berg Belgium.

The arms are hinged and move open and closed using 2 steel cables while the end platform remains horizontal throughout the movement. That horizontal stability is achieved through a structural tension system integrated into the handrail,  a deceptively simple looking solution hiding some very clever engineering. Once lowered the arms function as catwalks and the end platforms as take off & landing spots for the flying act.

The arms open for the first time after 20 minutes of show with a decent portion of smoke & jets while dancers take over the structures, with the underside of the arms becoming part of the visual composition and video content. During sunset, the movement becomes even more theatrical.

The lifting & descending of the colossal structures together with the amazingly creative integrated video, led blasts & SFX effects turn them at the same time into powerful scenic icons that transform the entire set into an immersive 3D art installation.

The boom arms are a scenic element in their own right — a moving architectural installation that transforms the stage throughout the show.

CREW

WICreations

With 16 WI touring crew members for nearly 50 days on the road, the project demanded enormous technical commitment, precision and endurance. The build and rehearsal period alone involved approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks of continuous rehearsals with production days frequently extending to 18 up to 20 hours.

Crew Chief Sabelleck coordinated the WI team throughout the entire production schedule overseeing the safe and accurate operation of the motion systems, lifts, stage structures and boom arms.

The tour kicked off on 10 June 2026 at the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion in Dresden, Germany bringing together months of engineering, fabrication, testing, rehearsal and touring expertise in one of the most technically ambitious stadium projects of our recent portfolio.
