Xutos & Pontapés celebrates 30th birthday

Xutos & Pontapés is a successful Portuguese rock band that started up in 1978, four years after the Portuguese revolution.

Now, 30 years later, they are still very much alive and kicking. On 26 September 2009 they celebrated their 30th anniversary with a 3 hour long concert in the Estadio do Restelo football stadium in Lisbon. And another significant fact: it was the first time that a Portuguese rock band performed in a major stadium and it was also the first time in Portugal that 7 video screens were used on the stage.

You guessed it. Five of the movable video screens (2.5 m wide, 5 high) were controlled by the Wi Track from WiCreations.
