Muse has a ball

This year Muse, the English alternative rock band, will tour Europe on the fourth leg of its ‘Resistance tour’ that started in 2009. For this European leg Wicreations designed and built a video ball with two space like ellipses attached to it. Important requirement: taking the ball apart after the concert and reassemble it before the next has to be done easily and swiftly. The ball has a diameter of 4 m, is made of aluminium strips on which the Barco O-lite LED panels are fastened and – very important – can be lowered if wind conditions require it. For this last feature Wicreations also provided two WI-towers that are placed on top of the stage. Check www.muse.mu where to hear Muse (and see the ball).
