About WIcreations

WIcreations is a small and hence flexible company that turns ideas and dreams into technical reality. We work essentially, but not exclusively, for the music and entertainment industry. Our portfolio lists some of the international artists and productions that already took advantage of our technical skills and know-how much to the delight of their audiences.

We situate ourselves between the stage builders and the lighting and sound specialists. Our technical solutions and services are complementary to theirs. Production or set designers present us their ideas. We check if they are technically feasible. And if so, we design, fabricate and install the special effects and constructions that are asked for. We are particularly specialised in automated motion control.

WIcreations is situated in Tremelo, the Belgian village where Father Damian was born so many years ago. Just like him we’re very down to earth and 100% solution oriented. But that is where the similarity ends.

• Design

  We’re technical people. We check the technical feasibility of ideas and concepts, make the CAD drawings, do the calculations.

  We visualise your concept through CAD plans and, if necessary, animations. This immediately shows if the idea is feasible and at the same time reveals possible weak points, areas of improvement or opportunities to make the concept even better.

• Motion control

  Motion control is one of our specialities. We make people fly and move all kinds of objects up and down, left and right, from back to front.

  We offer a wide range of motion control systems for all sorts of applications: track trolleys, elevators, winches … (check the rent section). We’re especially proud of WI Track, our versatile self engineered and built trolley system with a much proven track record.

  What makes our motion control systems particularly interesting is that they can be tied to a central computer system. This way all motion can be fully automated in synch with sound and lighting.

  As safety always is our main concern, all our tugs and winches are BGV-C1 certified.

• Fabrication

  Our fabrication team consists of MIG and TIG certified welders.

  They make all kinds of structures, small or large, movable or fixed, light or heavy, depending on your needs.

  Furthermore they are used to work with sharp deadlines. Probably the most important factor in the business we are operating in.

• Installation

  Our experienced team builds your sets conform to all needs and regulations, within the designated time frame.

  You wish to take your own team on tour? In that case our sets come along with an extensive construction manual. We also provide your team with the necessary training so that they are able to construct the set according to your wishes.

• Total Concepts

  We offer a one stop service. This includes the design, fabrication and installation at your venue of all elements and parts. This makes life a lot easier for you, as you don’t have to worry about quality and deadlines. As from the design stage we know what is needed to finish the job according to your wishes and needs. And as we know the people we are working with and what they are capable of, we always deliver on time and with the highest quality standards. Let the show begin!
